I am trying to figure out what search you are doing on EDGAR to get the relevant Form Ds. A search for “D” gives a lot of other form types like DEF, etc. What is your secret to getting rid of the noise?
@jason i’ve seen SEC Watch, congrats on launchbox digital. I’m a DC area guy originally. And you right I could use that and do sometimes. I find I’m quite comfortable with the SEC forms though. I like the raw info. Get in touch
@mike i RSS it and then just click through the noise, all the DEF 14 and such, but you can just get the info from me
Thanks for the head-ups on secwatch.com. One less parser that I have to write!
